If you have dental benefit, we submit insurance claims for you and accept payment directly from insurance companies. At the time of each of your appointment, we will try to process your insurance electronically if your insurance supports electronic submission, otherwise we will submit claims by mail to your insurance company. You are responsible for any remaining balance that is not covered by your insurance.
Because the insurance coverage is a contract between you and the insurance company, due to some privacy policies, our communication with insurance companies can be difficult. In such cases, your understanding and cooperation will be appreciated. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to understand your coverage and we encourage you to contact your insurance company if you are not sure about anything about your coverage.
